So you got a sweet shirt but for some reason you need to return it. Here is what you do.
The Shirt Was Damaged Upon Arrival
We send out a ton of shirts, occasionally one will arrive damaged or with an error. We apologize for this, but it happens. If it happens to you, simply take a picture of the error with your phone and email it along with your order number to Shirts.Stick (AT) gmail.com within seven (7) days of arrival, and we’ll be sure to send you out a proper shirt.
You Got The Wrong Size
You’re an adult, you know what size T-shirt you are by now dummy, but surprisingly it still happens. If you need to exchange for a different size, here’s what you do.
- Email us with your order number within thirty (30) days and tell us what size you need.
- Ship your new/un-washed shirt, along with your order number, back to us at the address we give you in the email.*
- Once we receive your shirt, we’ll send you your new one.
You Don’t Like The Shirt
Doubtful, but maybe you’re a weirdo. If you really don’t like the shirt, simply email us with your order number and we’ll instruct you where to ship it. Once we receive your shirt, you can choose to receive a refund or you can exchange it for a different shirt of the same price.
All returns must be shipped to us within thirty (30) days of its arrival, and all returned shirts must be new and un-washed.*
*If you send us a shirt that’s washed or worn, you might as well send us $10 cash, cheque, or money order so that we can send you your shirt back to you, otherwise we’re just gonna keep it. NO RETURNS ON USED, WASHED, OR WORN SHIRTS. This is how it is at almost every single store in the world, so it should’t come as a surprise.
